My friends
Me: I have my audition Tuesday
My friend: Good luck! :)
Me: Thanks, but there is only 3 spots. And lots of good players are going out for them.
My friend: Oh shush, Caroline. Don’t think about it. If anything, wear a low cut shirt :)
Me: Haha. If only that’d work.
My friend: It would. It’d distract him from your playing. Even though your playing is good
Me: Meh. What if it didn’t?
My friend: Put it lower. ;)
Me: Wow…haha.
I’m awesome! How are chu? :D
My corps, and yours too, was made up of all kinds of kids. Different sizes, shapes, and ages. Different colors and backgrounds. We we all so different yet, we were all the same. We slept on the same gym floor, we stood in the same chow line. We shared bathrooms and showers. We shared our “stuff”. It didn’t matter how much money your mom and dad had, after working on the same 15 counts of drill for 2 hours, we were ALL tired. TOGETHER we learned about dedication, sacrifice and unity. Together we learned the value of hard work. We came from small towns and big cities, and (in some cases) different countries. We were individuals who became one. Most of all….we became family.
I just ordered from the Jimmy johns that opened in my town
Thank you Adrienne for telling me and introducing me to it :)
